About the game
Zion Word Class is a crossword-style board game made to learn English. Place letter tiles on the board, build words that cross each other and score more on the colored squares. Every word you play shows its translation in your language (Portuguese, Spanish or Chinese) and can be heard aloud.
Your opponent is Professor Meow, a friendly robot teacher who gets a little stronger every phase. The trail has 60 phases in 6 units, three stars to win in each and a unit test at the end of every unit. Your words go into a word book, and a 7-day streak, titles and a weekly XP ranking keep you coming back. You start with 5 hints; more cost Zion coins, the site's virtual coins. You can also play with 2 to 4 friends on the same device.
How to play
- Tap a letter, then a square (or drag it) to place it on the board.
- Make a word in one straight line that touches the words already there.
- Colored squares double or triple a letter or the whole word.
- Stuck? A hint puts a good move on the board for you.
- Beat the Professor to clear the phase; the goals give the other two stars.
